Thomas

Jonas Åkeson, MD, PhD, EDAIC, ETP, is professor and senior consultant in anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine at Lund University and Skåne University Hospital in Malmö, Sweden. He has run several international postgraduate courses in advanced upper airway management and designed and launched medical school and scientific congress programmes. He is experienced in clinical bedside undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate teaching, in scientific supervision of PhD students, and in national, Scandinavian and European clinical, educational and scientific collaboration. He is chief editor of the most extensive Scandinavian textbook in anaesthesiology, and has published large numbers of text book chapters and congress reports, in addition to approximately one hundred original scientific papers, with emphasis on bedside techniques, drugs and equipment for clinically safer anaesthesia, sedation, and pain relief, particularly in patients with severe illness or injury.

Thomas

Thomas List, DDS, Odont.Dr/PhD is professor and senior consultant, and head of the orofacial pain unit at the Department of Orofacial Pain and Jaw Function, Faculty of Odontology at Malmö University, Sweden. His research encompasses epidemiological studies of TMD in adults and adolescents; clinical investigations into diagnosis and mechanisms of TMD and orofacial pain; intervention studies to evaluate the pain-relieving effect of pharmacological, physical, and biobehavioral therapies in orofacial pain; and the treatment effect of oral appliances in patients with obstructive sleep apnoea. He has published more than 180 articles or book chapters and serves as an expert on several international and national research committees.

Michael

Michael Braian, DDS, CDT, PhD in St-oral protetics. Michael has dedicated his entire professional life to the field of prosthetic dentistry. He began his dental technology education at Malmö University in 1999 and has since graduated as both a dental technician and dentist. In 2018, he defended his doctoral thesis in digital dentistry. For the past ten years, Michael has focused exclusively on digital solutions in dentistry. In 2014, he fulfilled his dream of starting a private practice where he works as both a dentist and dental technician, allowing him to oversee the entire process from start to finish on all patient cases. Michael has won several awards for his pedagogical skills and is constantly engaged in expanding his knowledge in the field of prosthetic dentistry. He is passionate about finding the most advanced techniques and methods to provide patients with the best possible results.

Christine

Magnus Ljungvall graduated from Lund Medical School in 2001, became a specialist in anesthesia and intensive care in 2008 and a specialist in emergency medicine in 2013. He has extensive experience of pre-hospital emergency care and has worked with anesthesia, emergency medicine and prehospital emergency care in the Swedish Armed Forces. In the company Magnus works with the clinical studies and as the company's web programmer.

Göran

Göran Brorsson has more than 30 years of managerial experience from medium-sized companies and large companies with operations in the Nordics, Europe, the USA and Asia. He has cross-cultural knowledge and background in management, global business development strategies and corporate transactions. In 2015, Göran left the position of CEO of Elos Medtech, one of Europe's leading companies in contract manufacturing of medical technology products. Since 2015, he works as an advisor to MedTech and Life Science companies. He has an MBA from Gothenburg University and has participated in the International Management Program at the International Management Institute, Geneva.

Christine

Christine Widstrand has over 15 years of experience in research and development and more than 20 years of experience in start-up companies as both entrepreneur and board member. She holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and is the CEO of LU Holding AB, with the overall responsibility for the development of their 60 portfolio companies.

Christine

Simon Jegou has more than 17 years of international experience in the Life Science industry where he held various management positions within R&D, Innovation, and Business Development, as well as served on the board of several startups. Simon holds a PhD in Materials Chemistry from LTH, the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and currently works as Chief Strategy Officer at Magle Group in Malmö.
